Photograph your space
Take two photos: one showing the space clearly, one showing a visible street landmark nearby. That landmark is how renters will identify it from the map.

Set your listing
Write the access method (key handoff, entry code, gate number). Set your price and availability calendar. A phone number to display in the window is recommended.

Earn on your schedule
Your space appears on the live Spot Run map. Renters book directly. You receive a notification per booking and payment is automatic.
Common questions
Is my space safe to list?
Every renter is verified before booking. You approve your listing's access method. If you prefer a remote approach (entry code over key handoff), you can set that requirement in your listing.
What if the renter damages something?
We are building a damage protection framework for launch. Early access owners will be the first to test it and give feedback. Join the list to be part of that process.
Can I block dates when I need my space back?
Yes. The availability calendar is yours to set. Block any date range, anytime, with no minimum notice required.
How much can I earn?
It depends on your city and location. A central bay in a high-demand area can earn 150 to 300 euros per month. A residential space near a transit hub, 80 to 150 euros. You set the price; renters decide the rest.
